Quality Control: Identify and document issues related to video and audio quality, visual and audio consistency, and any other deviations from the defined quality parameters. Testing and Validation: Perform systematic testing and validation of media products to detect and report any bugs, glitches, or anomalies. Compliance: Ensure that media content complies with industry standards, copyright regulations, and legal requirements. Feedback and Reporting: Provide clear and concise feedback to post-production teams, collaborating with them to resolve quality issues and implement improvements. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, identified issues, and corrective actions taken. Process Improvement: Continuously contribute to the improvement of quality control processes and suggest best practices to enhance media quality. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production, post-production, and creative teams to maintain open lines of communication and ensure alignment with project goals. Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, quality assurance methodologies, and emerging technologies. Share knowledge with the team and contribute to training programs as needed. Working conditions: Remote Full-time The Profile Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Media Production, Communications, Quality Assurance), or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in quality assurance and testing within the media industry. Familiarity with media production processes, video and audio editing software, and quality control tools. Exceptional attention to detail and a critical eye for identifying imperfections in media content. Time management and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A strong sense of responsibility for maintaining and enhancing our brand's reputation through quality control. Nice to have: Prior experience working with fast-paced environments in the Marketing and Advertising industry. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, copyright, and content distribution standards. Knowledge of editing software.
