Quality Conrroller (Qc)

Job Description
We are currently searching for an experienced and highly-analytical Quality Controller to join our production department. As the Quality Controller, you will uphold the food safety, quality and regulations of our company and supervise the whole production process to guarantee that all our products meet the required standards/expectations.
The chosen candidate will perform regular QA/QC monitoring job function according to the required standard and continually recommend for improvements. To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with excellent technical and good communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage good hygiene practice as food safety standard before entering production
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner including hold and reject all relevant products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations
• Monitor/measure products condition and quality throughout the whole production process and ensure the in-coming material, in-process as well as final product meets the required specifications.
• Upkeep GMP, HACCP reports and records.
• Work together with the production team and further enhance the awareness of quality/food safety related issues and for further improvement.
• Perform additional tasks when required by superior.
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Certification in quality control is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role (fresh grad also can apply).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good math and technical skills.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• Good communication skills and manage to work with all level of people.
