Quality Control Executive

Job Description Assist Quality Assurance (QA) team in ensuring Quality Control activities in the company are properly implemented:-
Job Responsibilities
? To conduct product and process risk analysis and identification.
? To conduct aesthetic, functionality & safety verification of the product.
? To conduct physical inspection for manufacturing production (local and oversea), to monitor the manufacturing quality of the production undertaking.
? Communicate with supplier on the product quality expectation and perform supplier factory audit to monitor production progress and quality, identification, and report to the management on problems / non-conformance found.
? To verify finished product specifications as per legislative requirements, ensure that the produced goods adhere to ISO standards and other relative legal regulations.
? Recording and documentation of inspections, factories audits, ensuring Production and QA team were updated on the outcome of inspections and factories audits.
? Investigation of customer complaints and non- conformance issues.
? Preparation of reports and KPI update and in any ad hoc tasks assigned by the HOD.
Minimum requirement
? Diploma or a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Quality Management equivalent
? Applicants must be willing to travel frequently to vendor sites, both local and overseas.
? Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for QA Assistant position.
? Candidate with experience of relevant experience in manufacturing industry & ISO 9001:2015 standard will be an added advantage.
? Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to be able to communicate with China suppliers)
? Reliable and responsible with good time management.
