Quality Control

To conduct online checking for finished product at stacker area.- Quality testing for diaper (weight, leak guard, top sheet, destructive test, core test etc).- To ensure on hold product segregate correctly (A Grade, B Grade, C grade & Waste).- To conduct PJS Buy-Off for all product.- Incoming material check during receiving of material.- First Article Check at starting of production.- Responsible to inform technician if there is any quality problem detected during production.- In charge for Inkjet Printer setting as per Production Job Sheet provided.- Conduct daily internal verification for Metal Detector.- To conduct a random checking for finished products at packing area.- Open Box Check for finished goods before product release to warehouse.- To conduct re-screening for unconfirm quality of finished goods.- In-Process Quality Check during run production.- To report all findings and abnormalities found during production to HOD.- To record data and maintain the integrity of quality control document.- To inspect floor and personnel cleanliness in production area.- To inspect 5S at production area.- Any other duties assigned by Manager / HOD**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
