**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**Serology:- Creating a blood sampling schedule.- Informing field representatives of the farm or pen that needs blood sampling or providing a blood sampling schedule to the manager and representatives from the loading.- Providing needles to be given to farm representatives for blood sampling.- Attending meetings with vaccine suppliers to review serology results.- Ensuring the availability and sufficiency of equipment for blood sampling (needles) and serum separation (tubes and plastic wraps) at all times.- Keying in serology data weekly or whenever new results are issued by the laboratory (Eng Peng Solution(s)).Chicken Weighing (Bat 1):- Ensuring the chicken weighing scale is in good condition.- Calibrating the chicken weighing scale.- Ensuring the chicken weighing activity runs smoothly every week.Vaccination:- Creating a vaccination schedule every time new chickens are added.- Preparing vaccines according to the vaccination schedule.- Monitoring vaccinations conducted within the group.- In case of issues, required to go down to monitor the vaccination procedures of the farm personnel.Laboratory:- Conducting Swab Tests on the farm when required.- Ensuring that individuals on the farm undergo Salmonella antigen testing.- Verifying that the stock of Salmonella antigen is sufficient.MyGAP AND MySCEP Licenses:- Monitoring files on the farm to ensure that the farm clerk consistently updates files for auditing by DVS.- Providing farm manuals for DVS reference during audits.- Assisting the farm clerk during audit processes.- Providing a copy of the license to the farm manager for display in the farm officeOther tasks:- Estimating the entry of DOC breeder chickens based on the provision of sufficient broiler chicken requirements from Interactive Dream Vaccine/Drug Store Sdn. Bhd.Store:- Recording the inflow and outflow of drugs and vaccines.- Managing drug and vaccine orders.- Managing the receipt of drugs and vaccines (ensuring that drugs or vaccines arrive in good condition, checking expiry dates, correct temperature). In case of any issues, please capture and report to the manager and supplier.- Calculating drug and vaccine stock every month.- Ensuring the vaccine/drug storage room is in good and clean condition.- Ensuring drug and vaccine stocks are always sufficient.- Ensuring vaccines are kept at a temperature of 2-8°C.- Ensuring the alarm sound in the vaccine room is functional (check every 2 weeks).Nothern Borneo Sdn Bhd:- Making agreements or requesting quotations from sellers for agreed-upon prices.- Providing quotations to companies (Impian, Eng Peng Cold Storage, Lagenda Amanjaya).- Managing drug and vaccine orders from companies (Impian, Eng Peng Cold Storage, Lagenda Amanjaya).- Providing Local Purchase Order (LPO) documents to the seller, indicating the product, quantity, and price.- Managing the receipt of drugs and vaccines (ensuring that drugs or vaccines arrive in good condition, checking expiry dates, correct temperature).
