**Requirements**- Age: 25 years - 30 years- Able to read and converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia- Must have at least diploma or any equivalent education- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.- proficient written and verbal communication skills- Profound knowledge of quality control standards- Good math and technical skills.- Must at least have 2 years and above experiences in QC or QA- Young & Energetic person**Responsibilities**- Educate workers on the required standards & Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.- Supervise the production process.- Work in team especially with Team Leader, supervisors and Executor to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality.- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.- Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.- Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines- Design an efficient protocol that can be used across all domain- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and Investigating customer complaints regarding product defects or failure to meet advertised standards- Monitor the production phase at various levels**Benefits**- Monthly salary : RM2,000 - RM2,500- EPF, SOCSO & EIS contribution- 12 days annual leave- Overtime Pay- Working hours:- 8.00am - 5:00pm / **Monday - Friday**:- 8.00 am- 5:00 pm / **Saturday (Alternate)****Additional Benefits**- Medical and Hospitalisation Leave- Training Provided- Annual Bonus based on performance- Staff Discount- Birthday Leave- Salary Increement based On performance- Sense of achievement- Beneficial Leaves such as Marriage leave, Compassionate leave & etc- Long service award- Free parking**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you able to understand, read & converse basic bahasa Melayu & English?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Quality control: 2 years (preferred)
