Quality Control (Qc)

**Position: Quality Checker And Trainer****Tenure: 6 Months contract renewable basis****Salary: Up to RM 8000****Working Location: Kl Sentral****Roles & Responsibilities**:- **Review and evaluate training programs to ensure 100% procedure and standard understanding for all team members.**:- **Conduct calibration calls with client POCs to align on standard knowledge, risk appetite, and escalation standards.**:- **Create comprehensive training materials and deliver process-related training.**:- **Maintain and elevate product quality standards.**:- **Conduct audits, identify, and analyze errors.**:- **Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformance products, providing coaching to relevant analysts.**:- **Develop quality control plans and report to the Operation Management team for implementation.**:- **Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and suggest adjustments.**:- **Drive continuous improvement by closely collaborating with relevant stakeholders (Client, Operation, Business Transformation).****Qualifications**- **Bachelor's degree/University degree/equivalent degree.**:- **Minimum 3-4 years' experience in AML, compliance, quality control, audit, or fraud risk management within a financial institution.**:- **Fundamental knowledge of AML and Sanctions regulations, risks, and typologies.**:- **Strong analytical and communication skills.**:- **Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.**:- **Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills.**:- **CAMS certification is a plus.****Job Type**: ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to Commute:- KL Sentral (required)Ability to Relocate:- KL Sentral: Relocate before starting work (required)
