Quality Engineer

Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Applicants must be willing to work in SENAI . Job Responsibilities: To act as support agent to QC supervisor in technical difficulties in daily activities. Carry Original Defect Reject parts confirmation where defective parts rejected from production, CAR will issue if any necessary to trigger Supply Quality Engineering. Carry out experimentation and evaluation when needed to improve product quality or investigate the root cause of claims. Interface with internal customer and external customer for all Quality issue. Tracking timely Voice of Customer (VOC), Customer feedback and CAR issuance, carry out investigate and validate experiment with necessary corrective and preventive actions taken in place effectively.
