Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.JR46898 Quality EngineerResponsibilities 1) As a Measurement System Analysis (MSA) engineer, the primary responsibility involves guiding the Process and Equipment Engineering team in MSA studies.2) Ensure that MSA is conducted in accordance with company quality standards and relevant regulations.3) Develop and digitize Key Performance Indicators metrics for monitoring and triggering in MSA.4) Improve the efficiency of Long Term Studies (LTS) and strengthen control points in LTS.5) Support internal and external audits to prevent any non-compliance issues related to MSA and address any identified gaps.6) Establish MSA parts criteria and requirements in collaboration with the global quality team.7) Conduct training as part of the new hires' upskilling program and conduct periodic knowledge refreshment sessions for existing users.8) In a secondary role as a Control of Manufacturing (CoM) Site Process Steward (SPS), act as the main contact point for process-related activities and communications at a specific location.9) Responsible for coordinating and facilitating Business Process Reviews (BPR) and ensuring compliance with relevant processes. RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience / similar job role.Experience in the manufacturing industry.Possess data analytics skills and good interpersonal and communication skillsAble to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.Knowledge of statistical tools, data analytic software (JMP), computer software (Microsoft Offices), and quality systems (ISO9001 and IATF16949) will be an added advantage.
