Quality Health Safety & Environment (Qhse) Executive

Responsibilities:- Ensure process, product and quality system meet specified requirements.- Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions including continuous improvement.- Maintain compliance with QMS standards and Customer requirements- Ensure quality objectives / KPI are met consistent with quality policy to meet product requirements- Communicate with customers and relevant parties with regard to QMS processes & audits- Establish and maintain internal audit programme, plan and register of internal auditors- Establish and maintain effective corrective action in eliminating causes of nonconformity to prevent recurrence- To practice 5S activities in work place- Ensure own safety, safety of colleagues, company property and adhere to safety and health policy.- To inspect, assess and evaluate risk at workplace to unsure safe working practices.- To conduct regular site inspections.- To maintain and record any safety related record.- To investigate any accident, near miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work.- To advise, plan and execute HSE training program's.- Responsible for development, implementation and monitoring of safety and Health program to assure all staff have a work environment that is free from any hazards.- To perform any task or instruction related to HSE matters or as per Management instruction.- Liaise with local authorities (DOSH, BOMBA, DOE etc)**Requirements**:- Experience in Engineering discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Knowledge in Engineering and/or related discipline applicable to product.- Good knowledge in Quality Management System standard : ISO 9001 and / or API Q1 and OHSAS 18001**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 11/03/2023
