Quality Inspector

**Objectives of job**Ensure Product Quality, process assembly and / or materials (include wire) for assigned products wiring harness meet the customer specifications.**Principle activities**- Make sure the 5's requirements are met at Quality area.- Check all harnesses BMW / DAIMLER by referring to the inspection plan and customer drawing- Mark all the clips, connectors and other parts by using a marker pen provided- In process and final inspection by ensuring operators do their work according to WI.- Records all detected defects in the defect summary card.- Communicate with Production Leader for any defect found.- Carry out product buy-off and audit- Ensure the assembly boards & test station used by Production is released properly.- Involve in problem analysis to find the actual root cause.- Attend screening, rework and standby at customer site if required.- Inspection on replacement of complaint wires and/or materials at incoming warehouse.
