**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE**:**Inspection and Testing**:- Perform inspections (in-coming, in-process, outgoing) and testing on materials and products to ensure compliance with established standard and specification.- Using gadgets such as caliper to measure products.**Compliance and Regulation**:Ensure adherence to applicable regulation, standards, and organization policies (e.g. : ISO 13485, CE).**Quality Documentation and Reporting**:- Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation.- Generate quality reports summarizing inspection results, trends, and recommendations for improvement.- Communicate quality-related data to relevant stakeholders and management.- Document and report inspection findings, deviations, and non-conformities.**Process Improvement**:- Identify areas for process improvement based on inspection results and feedback.- Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and enhance processes.**Education**:- Promote a culture of quality within the organization and raise awareness about the importance of adherence to quality standards.- Teach the production team or relevant team about quality to ensure product meet specification.**Basic Requirements and Skills needed**:i) Minimum SPM qualification.ii) Verbal and written communication skills.iii) Attention to detail.iv) Documentation skills.v) Reporting skills.vi) Basic math skills.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **About Ideal Health Care Sdn Bhd**:Established in 1999 by Dato' Seri Dr. Haji Haminnuddin Bin Haji Abdul Hamid, Ideal Healthcare Sdn Bhd (IHSB) is a leading player in the global medical device industry.
