Sound interesting? Then come and join our global team as Quality Management & ITSM Specialist, you will ensure compliance of all IT services with the legal framework in their respective set of responsibility in the area of regulatory requirements.Your tasks and responsibilities:You are responsible to advise internal customers in the area of IT Quality Management with a focus on ITSM (IT service management) regarding processes, automation, and quality topics.You are responsible to evaluate quality-specific new requirements and their impact on the existing processes/landscape; design and execute necessary changes.You are responsible to act as the counterpart for all incoming audits.You are responsible to maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., RIC, ICFR(Internal control over financial reporting), ISO(International Organization for standardization), and other standards).You are responsible to serve as the point of escalation, review, and approval for key issues and decisions in IT Regulations and Management.You are responsible to schedule risk and compliance audits, review the outcomes audit process, direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution.You are responsible to provide guidance on Risk Management.You are responsible to drive IT Assurance (Audits & Remediation - ICFR / RIC, etc.).You are responsible to evaluate and support change requests and optimization for ITSM topics.You will be the first point of contact for internal customers for the topic of IT Quality Management within the Asia Pacific region.You are responsible to monitor ITSM processes within AP and take actions based on them as part of your tasks.You are responsible to work with national and international teams.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Your qualifications and experience:You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable subject of study and can demonstrate knowledge acquired in practice.You have already gained knowledge or certificates for quality requirements and business processes in the field of IT, such as ISO 9001, and maybe even in ISO 13485 and ITIL(IT Infrastructure library).You have good knowledge of project management and the use of MS Office products.You are proficient in moderation and presentation techniques.You have experience in process consulting, process design, analysis, and requirements.You have worked in an IT environment before and are familiar with IT Quality/Service Management topics, such as Incident, Problem, Project, or Application Management.Your profile is characterized by your customer orientation, analytical skills, quality orientation, as well as communication and teamwork skills.Your attributes and skills:You know IT Service Management ProcessesYou are good at English skills both in verbal and writing.You are good at Chinese and/or Japanese skills in verbal.You have knowledge on how to create Dashboards, use them and their data for improvements.You will motivate other people and drive organizational change towards standardization and automation.Our global team: We are a team of 68,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare to help improve people's lives around the world.
