Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:
Review architectural plans and undertake take-off for cost plans and bills of quantities.
Prepare and filling contract documents, tender documentation and tender reports.
Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
Prepara, compile, checking on Progress Claim, Sub-contractors and Suppliers Payment in timely manner.

Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduate from University Malaya are most welcome to apply.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma Certificate in Quantity Surveyor. .
PreferredMalay and Chinesecandidates with loyalty and highly-motivated.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Civil Construction/ Structural and Quantity Surveying.
Required skill(s): AutoCad, and Microsoft.
Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia, communication in Mandarin is an added advantage.
With working experience in this related field will be an advantage.
Training will be provided.
