Quantity Surveyor Executive

At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or Equivalent.- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.**Duties & Responsibilities**:- To assist in carrying out pre-contract and post contract activities.- To assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents.- To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to clients.- To prepare and maintain subcontractor's Workmen Compensation, Insurance All Risks and Performance Bond.- To take off quantities from drawings and prepare bill of quantities.- To assist in purchase and control of construction materials for the company.- Willingness to travel to sites.**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/27/2024Expected Start Date: 04/09/2024
