Quantity Surveyor

Take charge of procurement of building materials.- To prepare, manage and evaluate Subcontractor, Letter Awards and other related documents.- To check and evaluate Subcontractor's progress claims, Supplier's bills and recommend for payment.- To prepare evaluation and analysis of tenders/quotations and recommend for approval.- Responsible for taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.- Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation.- Calling for quotation and Preparation of project budgets and cost estimation.- Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, project cost control, etc.- Responsible to attend joined valuation and final measurement.- Liaison with clients and sub-contractors.**; Requirements**:- Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Construction Management or a related discipline.- Minimum 3 years track record in a similar capacity.- Confidence in project costing management.- Sound experience in Contract admin and Procurement role.- Strong negotiation skill.- Have knowledge in tender/subcontract procedures.- Good in planning and organizing skill.- Able to work independently and self motivated.- Have good communication skill and strong problem solving skill.- Good working attitude.
