Job Description Responsibilities: Responsible for contract documentation Responsible for taking off measurement and preparation of tender submission
Responsible for handling on-going project
Review the subcontractor?s quotation for completeness and prepare comparison
Ensure timely and completeness of taking off
Submit return to relevant authority
Prepare project budget including monitoring on regular basis, progress claims to Clients, sub-contractors? claims, quotation to clients and work order to sub-contractor
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil/Building/QS (minimum 2 years of experience)
Bilingual English/Mandarin as you will be liaising with English & Mandarin speaking clients and contractors
Understand architectural requirement under SIA form of contracts
Able to work independently and under pressure
Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
