**Offer description**:$ 2,800.00 (monthly)Permanent contractFull TimeJob Location:LOT 924, 15 ½ MILES, KUCHING OUTER RING RD,94300 KOTA SAMARAHAN, SARAWAKWorking Days & Hours:Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 5:00 pmWork Days: Monday to Saturday onlyJob Requirements:Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in quantity surveying.Proven working experience in QS (Min 2 years)Detail-oriented and know how to plan ahead and strategize.A valid driver's licenseGreat networking abilities.Job Scopes:Projecting cost and material estimates needed for projects, draw up projected budgets, and work alongside a team, noting any design changes and their effect on cost.Ensure work is completed within its projected budget.Manages project contracts/quotations, legal tender documents, work report, Project Schedule Gantt Chart and other documentation from beginning to completion.Hiring or procuring subcontractors/vendors based on the presented budget to the client.Liaising with site managers, site engineers, and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.Perform site visits and research for future projects/tenders.Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.Benefits & Remunerations:Salary Range: RM 1,500.00 to RM 2,800.00EPF, SOCSO & EISMedical & Annual LeaveAttractive & Competitive SalaryOutstation & Phone AllowanceIncentive (based on Performance)**Requirements**:- Minimum education level: Vocational- 2 years of experience52 minutes ago
