Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimate and bills of quantities- Prepare tender documents, tender report and contract documents- Conduct monthly site valuation- Evaluate and prepare interim valuations- Prepare final accountJob Requirements- Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skill- Able to work independently- Knowledge in computer-aided measurement software (e.g. Cost-X and Glodon) will be an advantage**Job Types**: Full-time, New-GradPay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
