Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities- To check drawing, taking off, check quantity.- To prepare BOQ, call tender, tender exercise.- To check the prices quoted in tender/quotation.- To evaluate & prepare project VO.- Preparation payment certificate of contractor and final account sourcing of contractor & material.- To attend site valuation, joint site measurement, site meeting & others to assist supervisor.- Able communicate with designer, project team, purchasing team.Requirement- Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.- Experience in preparing cost estimating, BQ, tender.- Experience at least 3 years.- Strong communication skill.- Proficient in computer, Microsoft office.- Confident and independent.- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.Contract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (required)Expected Start Date: 04/15/2024
