Quantity Surveyor

**Job description**- To take off quantities and preparation of tender submission- Call quotation from subcontractor prior to subcontractor selection award- Prepare comparison of quotations and report to Contract Manager accordingly- Prepare progress claim for main contractor and subcontractor- Organize and manage all corresponding letter and drawing- Assist project manager in regards of contract issues- Liaise closely with purchaser- Any other related tasks assigned from superior from time to time**Requirements**:- Diploma in QS- 1- 2 years of working experience in QS- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (required)Application Deadline: 04/30/2024Expected Start Date: 05/02/2024
