Quantity Surveyor

To establish the administration and management of the contract and cost procedures of the company.- To carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities- To prepare pre-qualifications documents, if any, tenders bid and quotations- To review, evaluate and propose recommendations on tenders and quotations submitted by the subcontractors and suppliers- To prepare and maintain subcontractor's Workmen Compensation, Insurance All Risk and Performance Bond.- To ensure all work carried out by subcontractor's are in accordance to the requirement of main contractor and subcontracts- To monitor on amendments and changes to the scope of work and conditions of contract, variation orders and extension of time- To prepare and submit interim progress claim to client.- To evaluate and prepare progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors- To attend site meeting as and when required by project manager- To take of quantities from drawings and prepare bill quantities**Requirement**- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying- At least 2 years experience- Experience handling project QS at site is an advantageous.- Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and sound knowledge of construction- Excellent negotiating, interpersonal skills and great networking abilities- Ability to organize, plan and strategised- Job Types : Full time**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
