Quantity Surveyor

Key Role:In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspect of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.Key Responsibilities:- Carry out site progresses, measurement, valuation and follow up on site progress claim.- Check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate within project budget.- Oversee project cost control including presentation of request for variation order and variation orders for management approval.- Checking/Monitoring the preparation of Bills of Quantities.- Monitor overall project delivery and ensure materials are in accordance to contractual items and conditions.- Oversee value engineering exercise for optimization of project cost / budget including review consultant's designs and material use.- Attend to site valuation and measurement of work done on site and verify subcontractor's monthly claim.Key Requirements:- Possess own transport.- Fresh Graduate needed.- At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Well-versed on up-to-date material costing.- Possess strong contractual knowledge, negotiation and leadership skills.- Good communication & interpersonal skills.- Location at Subang Bestari- Salary RM2,500.00- Allowance RM500.00**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Subang Bestari: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Do you have your own transportation?- Do you possess a CIDB Green Card?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (preferred)
