We are dedicated to empowering the community's economy and providing future-focused solutions.Do you have what it takes to be part of our passionate, high performing team?**Requirements**:- 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience- Experience and familiar coordaniate with TNB, JKR, GLC & Governmenet tender & project- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.- Excellent understanding of construction materials, methods, and international trade regulations.- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.**Responsibility**- Quantify and estimate materials required for construction projects.- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantity for tendering purposes.- Participate in the tendering process, including analyzing bids, providing input on contractor selection, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.- Monitor closely the project costs and puts up project cost reports on a scheduled & ad-hoc basis.- Generate regular reports on project costs, variances, and procurement activities.Salary : RM2500-RM4000Benefits : Performance Bonus, Yearly Bonus, Allowance and moreWork location : Bangi Avenue, Selangor**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company car- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
