JOB VACANCYPOSITION - QUANTITY SURVEYORLOCATION - BAYU PERDANA, KLANGSALARY - RM 3000-4000**Job Description**:Responsible to work out budgets for projects as well as monitoring of costs on a regular basis and progressive claims and variation order claimsResponsible to progress claim, variation orders and contractual matters, final accountsResponsible to follow up and liaise with customer / client pertaining to contract matters, costing, invoicing and billing worksResponsible to taking off quantities, pricing and quotationsResponsible for evaluating and facilitating compliance to contractEnsure achievement of departmental and individual goal aligning with corporate goalEnsure the efficiency and sufficient manpowerEnsure the achievement of yearly performance standardResponsible for compliance with management directives and company policiesResponsible for any ad-hoc duties assigned by HODJob Requirements:Minimum Degree in Quantity SurveyMinimum 2 years of working experienceProficient in AutoCAD & MS OfficeGood communication, interpersonal and interpretation skillsPossess analytical competenciesPositive attitude and able to work independently**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shift
