Quantity Surveyor

**Job brief**:We are looking for a Senior QS to undertake mostly Interior Renovation projects.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible to handle all aspects of Pre and Post Quantity- Surveying and Contract Administration.- Prepare quotations, estimate cost, control costs, and budgeting- Responsible for Taking-off quantities.- Evaluate costs from subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the subcontractors.- Compilation of cost comparisons and recommendations- Monitor projects including materials and subcontractor cost forecast strictly adhere to the agreed budget- Valuation of subcontractors' progress claims and Variation Orders- Discussion, preparation, and submission of Variation Orders- Responsible to prepare cost estimation, tender submission, and contract for sub-contractor.- Monitor and keep track of project progress- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.**Requirements**:- Possess Degree / Advance Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil / Structure / Building- Min 5 years relevant experience- Able to work independently in handling site quantity surveying works and tendering works- Experienced in project management- Computer literature, with knowledge in AutoCAD
