Quantity Surveyor

Carry out site progresses, measurement, valuation and follow up on site progress claim- Check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate within project budget- To assist in quantity taking off, payment contractual claims, contract administration and tendering- To prepare variation orders and cost impact estimates- To undertake any and other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior- Able to work independently- Fresh graduate encourage**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduatePay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
