R&D Lab Technician Mnc Manufacturing Rawang

**Company overview**We are collaborating with a well-established and long-standing MNC company manufacturing high-quality, water-based additives, for the polymer latex, paints and adhesive industries that has been in operation since 1974. Now, we are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry to come join and be a part of their team!**Main duties & responsibilities**:- Perform preparation of product sample request by customer in timely manner, including raw material sampling, sample preparation, product parameters testing, documentation preparation (e.g. COA, TDS, SDS) and packaging for shipment.- Monitor production trial of new product to support on process monitoring, quality control, product performance testing, and storage stability monitoring.- Maintain storge of document, test result, test sample with proper labelling for easy reading and retrieval.- Perform periodical calibration and maintenance as per schedule for inspections measurement and test equipment.- Perform cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping of the laboratories including laboratory, apparatus, glassware, equipment and chemical storage.- Handle disposal of lab chemicals according to the prescribed timeline and in a safe manner.- Perform any other duties and activities to comply with the company objectives, ISO standard, and Occupational Safety, Health and Environment requirements.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma in Science- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar field or manufacturing environment- Good knowledge in chemical laboratory skills (e.g. chemical and instrument handling)- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia- Computer literate- Able to drive forklift will be an added advantage**To Apply****Registration No: 201901037350 (1346680-W)****EA Licence No: JTKSM 949A****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Civil engineering: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
