To improve and revise existing product formulations and processes if necessary to optimize productivity and cost- To initiate research & development efforts to create new products- To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation, and sensory evaluation- To establish/ maintain and update related work instructions, including analysis method, product specification, and documents of all projects and samples status on time- To conduct and monitor the preparation of prototype/ sample and to determine the process specifications predetermined in the lab- Assist in performing product demonstration and improve product profiles to meet customer demand.- Participate in cross-departmental activities resulting in meeting food safety and quality objectives.- Assist to control and manage the department operations**Job Requirement**:- Bachelor's degree in food relevant field is required- Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and food service sanitation practices- Understanding on compliance of food safety standard such as ISO 22000, HACCP and HALAL requirements is beneficial- Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision- Proactive in seeking solutions and solving problems- Team player and good communication skilll- Applicants must be willing work in **Muar, Johor.****Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
