General responsibilities: •Develop new recipes & SOP implementation for Yun Bridge Noodle & Yun Xiang Guo •Weekly Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC) kitchen check for all Yun outlets •Assist in hiring process (interview potential candidates) •Provide training to kitchen staff •Food cost management & inventory management for all outlets •Assist in day to day operations for certain outlets Requirements: •Senior Commis/ CDP Level chef in Chinese cooking •Communication Skills •Outlet and staff management skills •Possess own transport •Able to travel to multiple outlets within Klang Valley If you are interested, please send your updated resume to Thank you!
