Radiology Assistant

**Job Summary**- Responsible the clerical and porter work in the department, including managing the front counter activities as well as typing the reports.- Ensure the department meets or exceeds it objectives, and the mission, policies, objectives, and core values of the Company.**Key Roles**- Open and close counter timely- Register patient, enter charges, finalize bill, collect payment and generate deposit collection receipt correctly.- Perform manually when hospital information system is down, inform the customers that there will be a delay.- Proper compilation of bills generated together with their order entry form.- Attend to customer's enquiries and provide relevant information in a friendly manner.- Release X-Ray film with report to patient.- Communicate with relevant unit/ward to take back their patient.- Manage and send X-Ray reports when required.**Qualification and Requirement**- Minimum SPM and above- Have experience working in healthcare industry will be advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSupplemental Pay:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
