Rco Technician

Overall purpose:- To support in repairing Ericsson radio and switching product adhere to ESD regulation and Ericsson standard.- To support on product upgrading (RCO-soldering) and soldering repair activities.**Responsibilities**:- To be able to produce output all the time as per target set.- To be able to ready standard working procedure and instruction set by management.- To have experience in electronic boards and printed circuit board assemblies work environment.- To be able to carry out PCBA repair activity to support all the repaired product with high quality and adhere to ESD regulations.- Must have knowledge & experience on repair tools (EG: Soldering set, Hot Air blower, BGAs machine).- To ensure that the repair tools, equipment, test stations and instruments that may be used in the repair area to be handled with the right knowledge and care.- To be able to work on shift rotation and overtime when requested by management.- To work towards achieving the Delivery Precision that set by management.- To be able to support any repair products areas when necessary.**Requirements**:- Min qualification is Diploma in Electronics/Electrical, experience in electronic(hand on) and soldering skills.- Good experience handling telecommunication equipment's and circuit board, Soldering equipment's and so on.- Willing to go extra mile to achieve targets and daily output's.- Good vision as need to deal with small components and read small wordings.- Ability to support other departments as and when needed- Able to follow instructions from superior.- Willing to work on rotation shifts and be on site at Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam and has own transportation.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Evening shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to Relocate:- Bukit Jelutong: Relocate before starting work (required)
