Receiving Supervisor

**RECEIVING SUPERVISOR**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Handle all aspects of food & beverage purchasing, shipping & receiving, and inventory controls. Help control food & beverage costs through vendor control, quality inspections of all product, invoice accuracy, creation of purchase orders as instructed by executive chef. Receive and maintain liquor inventory.- In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel:- Stock and restock storerooms.- Deliver products received to ordering departments.- Deliver packages to guests and/or Guest Services storeroom.- Provide purchasing support to hotel operations staff as needed.- Conduct quarterly beverage inventory.- Maintain, organize, and clean all storage areas.- Handle guest shipping and receiving.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Minimum 1-year experience in storekeeping in Hotel industry.- Ability to carry out stock order, check stock level, ordering and purchasing.- Ability to complete reports pertaining to store and receiving.- Meticulous and good interpersonal skills.- Ability to lead and supervise storekeepers.- Ability to monitor operations in store and receiving.
