Job Description:
1. RECEPTION CUM LITIGATION
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
• To manage Account & Admin of the Firm.
• Primarily to assist Legal Associates in handling files relating to Civil Litigation.
• Assisting in preparing various types of legal documentations including cause paper(s), agreement(s), correspondence(s), form(s) and any other relevant document(s) instructed by the attending Partners or Associates.
• Maintaining proper administration of files and billing.
• Able to monitor and follow up closely on all files, attending to and updating clients/ landlords and preparing status reports.
• Other clerical scope to be instructed by the Partners.
• Range of Salary: RM1.5k – RM1.7k
2. HR, ADMIN & FINANCE ASSISTANT
• Maintain HR records and databases relating to the staff and the Firm.
• Manage the employment contract, claim, leave, and payroll processing.
• Attend to contract/external employee's disciplinary issues and equipped with employment law knowledge.
• Manage panelship of the Firm with the Bank, Company, Real Estate Agencies and others.
• Oversee daily administrative operations related to the Firm facilities.
• Assist in maintain accurate financial records of the Firm.
• Preparing report of the monthly income of the Firm.
• Support in tracking and recoding expenses of the Firm.
• Other scope of works to be instructed by the Partners.
• Range of Salary: RM1.5k – RM2k
3. JUNIOR CORPORATE LAWYER
• To assist in drafting and reviewing various corporate and commercial agreements as requested by the clients.
• Handling wide range of corporate files/ matters which may be inclusive of preparing and vetting of corporate and commercial agreements, charters and legal documents, conducting legal due diligence for and on behalf of the clients, managing merger and acquisition processes and many others.
• To provide legal advisory for clients.
• To conduct legal Due Diligence (if required).
• To assist in preparing various types of legal documentation including agreement(s), correspondence(s), form(s) and any other relevant document(s) instructed by the attending Partners or Associates.
• Updating partners/ clients on the progress of assigned tasks/ files including sending gentle reminders for clients to perform certain obligations at their end.
• To handle assigned task independently.
• Ensuring all correspondences are handled in a proper manner and in good order.
• Taking instructions in an orderly manner.
• Range of Salary: RM2.7k – RM3k Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum SPM Qualification or Higher education.
• At least 1-2 years' experience working.
• Have good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills.

• Be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Meticulous, proactive, efficient and diligent.
Responsible and passionate about work.
