**Responsibilities**:- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the organization.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and documentation.- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc function and related duties as assigned.- To perform general clerical/ administration duties such as filing & photocopying.- Coordinate office maintenance and purchase of office general items (Stationery and machine accessories)**Job Requirement**- Degree in Business Studies / Management or equivalent or SPM- Required skill(s): MS Office, Power Point, MS Excel Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- Able to work as a team, positive attitude, highly self-motivated and willing to learn.- Hardworking, dedicated and highly disciplined.- Excellent written and oral communications skills or Basic administration skills- Excellent time management and able to deliver quality result within the deadlines.- Self-driven and able to work with mínimal supervision.- Willing to work in Seri Kembangan # Bukit Serdang- Ability to start work immediately is an added advantage**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insuranceSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to Commute:- Seri Kembangan (required)
