Requirements
• Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills• Experience in receptionist duties and clerical skills• Good organizational and multitasking skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team• Experience in healthcare settings or working with patients is advantageous• Diploma/Degree in healthcare-related fields is preferred• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic computer skills• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, computers)• Professional attitude and appearance• Solid written and verbal communication skills (English & Malay)
