Receptionist Cum Customer Relations

Description:
Greet, deliver accurate information and provide efficient service to walk-in customers
Ensuring security and crowd control at the front desk
Escalate customers enquiries to Service Manager when needed
Check and keep record of transaction and documentations
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any field
2 years experience in Customer Service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong language skills - able to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in English and Malay
Handling Inbound & outbound calls
Competent in Microsoft Office
IT literate
Independent, high commitment, motivated and able to promote good problem solving
