**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Greet patients with a positive and helpful attitude.- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material- Update and make an appointment for patients (Consultation, treatments etc.)- Update appointment in google calendar and appointment book.- Resolve patient issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of patient's satisfaction and quality service.- Replenishment of medications and consumables as required.- Other duties assigned by Manager from time to time.- Must be a multi-tasking person.**REQUIREMENT**:- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role- Professional attitude and appearance- Excellent organizational skills- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.- Must be able to start IMMEDIATELY.- Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: 12/16/2023
