Handle all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, either in person or on the telephone in two (2) separate PABX eg. Corporate & Property Division- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the company's guests.- Oversee and manage the Tea Lady's schedules to ensure smooth running of tea facilities.- Manage and upkeep records of gifts received by IOI Team members when it is delivered at Level 26 Reception.- Maintain an adequate inventory of Meeting Rooms supplies.- Ensure all Meeting/Discussion rooms are tidy and equipment in working conditions for IOI function at all times.- Handling of incoming document via by hand/courier services and also distribution of documents to all the eight (8) floors on daily basis.- Job rotation for Receptionists for weekly shift at Level 26 and Level 3A (IOI City Mall).
