**Job Requirements**:**1. Minimum SPM and above.**:**2. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices will be an added advantage.**:**3. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.**:**4. Able to communicate fluent in both Bahasa or English.**:**5. Preferred to work a switchboard.**:**6. Must be a Malaysian citizen/resident**:**7. Pleasant appearance / well groomed**:**At least 6 months to 1 year experience working in the Front Office Department in the similar capacity.**:**Responsibilities**:**1. Attend inbound calls, screen and direct calls.**:**2. Take and relay messages.**:**3. Provide information to callers.**:**4. Organize internal/external meeting**:**5. Deal with queries from the public and customers.**:**6. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.**:**7. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.**:**8.
