Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.- Answer incoming calls, screen, handle customers' queries, take and deliver accurate messages from the callers and transfer the call to the right department in a timely and polite manner.- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries.- Manage office stationeries and pantry supplies, and keep inventory of stock.- Update records of office expenses and costs.- To monitor on office cleanliness.- Manage all office equipment / fixtures / facilities maintenance and upkeeping.- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and etc.- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
