Job DescriptionConduct and deliver recruitment needs based on Client's needs / project secured.Deliver recruitment needs as per budget and meeting P&L for TSS Business revenues.At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional ConductAdherence to applicable Quality Management System by exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities in executing, fulfilling and ensuring at all times the compliance of the QMS requirements.Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior ManagementQualificationsMinimum 3 years relevant experience with Degree in any field.Experience in technical services preferably Oil & Gas Industry is added advantage2 - 3 year experience in manufacturing, infrastructure and construction industry.Experience in the related field is an assetFluent in local language, high level of written and verbal EnglishMandrin Speaker is advantageAdditional InformationBusiness acumenStrong recruiting skills and work strategically.Ability to develop strategies and to translate them into pragmatic into action plansAbility to act independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneouslyExcellent planning, organizational and project management skillsAbility to interact with all levels of managementAbility to partner effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teamsPersuasion and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong analytical skillsTeam playerInnovative and entrepreneurial spiritAbility to work in a fast-paced changing environment
