Recruiter

**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.- Conduct reference checks as needed.- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace.- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
