Recruitment Admin

1. Compile a monthly report on the recruitment department's activities, including promotions, demotions, and campaign results.2. Serve as the primary contact for agents with recruitment-related questions or concerns.3. Keep onboarding materials up-to-date, such as training manuals and starter kits.4. Generate reports to track agent progress.5. Perform any other tasks assigned on an as-needed basis.**Qualification**:1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business related field.2. Proven experience in administrative roles3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words)4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
