Your tasksResponsible for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding for Tires Malaysia. Part of the responsibility is to coordinate recruitment & employer branding standards at country level too. He/she ensures talent acquisition strategy and ensures high quality, efficient and effective delivery of all services in scope and continuously improves service quality. Design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.- Researching the talent market to find relevant audiences- Setting up recruiting events- Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital platforms.- Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors programme.- Create, uncover and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand.- Generate strategies and planning implementation of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding marketing initiatives- Work closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges**Profile**:- At least 6 years of experience in Employer Branding / recruitment- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Communication methods- Talent Management- Social Media Management**Offer**:About usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
