**Position**: Recruitment Consultant**Range salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,300**Working days**: Monday - Friday**Working hours**: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM**Location**: No. 14-01, Jalan Forest Height 8, Forest Heights, 70450 Seremban Negeri Sembilan**Job Description**:- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, CV submission, interview arrangement and billings.- Achieve quarterly target as per Individual KPI target- Achieve weekly KPI for CV submission, number of call and number of interview session as per individual KPI target.- Build strong relationship with all key account clients- Meet client's demand and adapt to changes accordingly.- Manage risk, quick troubleshooting, and prompt attendance to issue escalation.- Manage information including database of applicants, hires, costs and records related to recruitment activities for analysis- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting submitted in a timely mannerPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
