The Recruitment Program Coordinator will facilitate and manage various processes (client specific) within the contingent/contract worker lifecycle from onboarding through to off-boarding. The Recruitment Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and Suppliers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Support Hiring Managers, Suppliers, and Recruitment Program Specialists/Team during all stages of the contract/contingent labor acquisition process including but not limited to: interview scheduling, on-boarding/off-boarding, contractor assignment management, time and expense management, and other duties as it relates to the MSP/SOW programDocument all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionMaintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face to face meetings, email, and phoneConduct research and analysis to resolve client's or supplier inquiries as neededProvide program status reports to leadership as requiredSupport the Program Lead in invoice managementChanges or amendments in the VMS (Fieldglass), such as cost center, hiring manager, budgets etc.Monitor performance against contract SLA's ( pending end of assignments extensions/closures, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking)Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed in a timely manner so the contractor can start the assignment on time.Qualifications2-5 or more years in recruitment, staffing, administration, coordination, facilitator of vendor management processes, and/or MSP experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsA meticulous eye for detail, organized, with proof of execution and great stakeholder management capabilitiesExcellent documentation and follow up skillsStrong determination to impact performanceTime management, self-motivated and perseveranceExcellent customer service skills with an aptitude for administration and supportExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSomeone who is determined & outgoing, yet professional, curious by nature, and is processes driven, yet understands the importance of adding value and partnership in recruitmentBachelor's degree MS Office/Tools - intermediate to advanced skillsVMS or related systems/tools or someone who is an efficient learner and quick to pick up technolgies, resources and processes.
