Responsibilities • Assist in the development of engaging and informative media content tailored to the customer journey in insurance claims. •Assist in the creation of digital content using various technologies to enhance the claims process. •Assist in designing marketing materials, both internal and external, aligned withpany branding. •Assist in the production of infographics and videos for social media platforms and professional websites. •Assist in the generation of content in multiple formats, including email, video, banners, web pages, and infographics. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation. •Stay updated on digital trends and technologies to incorporate innovative approaches. •Support to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all content channels. •Assist in the optimization of content for SEO and user engagement. •Manage content schedules and deadlines effectively. •Assist in analyzing the performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly. •Support the adaption of content for different target audiences and platforms.
