We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Category and Activation Manager to join the team and drive the channel initiatives across Asia Pacific.- Develop and implement trade activation plans aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on key product categories and target markets.- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for growth, including new product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify insights and capitalise on market opportunities.- Create impactful marketing and trade marketing materials such as point-of-sale materials, merchandising displays, and sales presentations.- Manage trade marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.- Build strong relationships with sales team, trade partners and distributors to ensure effective execution of channel and category initiatives.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of activation campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics.- Conduct regular market visits and engage in fieldwork to gather feedback, identify challenges, and align strategies with market realities.- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing recommendations to leadership as needed.**The Successful Applicant**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
