Objective and Responsibilities Responsible for identification, research, evaluation and complete business development opportunities mainly focusing on China North Asia Region that will contribute to Dorma Hueppe Asia's short- and mid-term targets and drive Dorma Hueppe to be regarded as the leading premium provider of operable walls, fulfilling all respective goals in terms of sales, profit and ensuring activities comply with the code of conduct. Exploring regional opportunities, develop growth plan; creating business results and lead regional strategic orientation. Lead collaboration and team leadership, driving dormakaba values, responsible for MTP and sales budget. Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage regional business opportunities, for example sales, projects, partnerships that will contribute to DHA's short- and mid-term targets. Efficiently manage the interface between DHA and distributors in region APAC exclude Australia with significant complexity and improve long-term relationship with customers and distribution partners. Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, understand consumers' needs and wants, and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend changes for the positioning, market penetration and pricing. Assist and identify opportunities on the expansion of distribution network in the regional countries including 2nd tier cities. Assist distributors in the establishment of Certified Business Partnership program. Compile and submit monthly sales forecast reports to Germany. Skills and Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field At least 5 to 8 years of working experiences in manufacturing (preferably building material) industry Possesses strong collaboration and people management skills enhance team's engagement and performance, strategic thinking, strong analytical, forecasting and realization skill, strong CRM and communication skills Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin Benefits Flexi Hours Remote worki ng (1 day WFH and 4 days in office)24/7 access to over 15,000 LinkedIn Learning courses to assist in your professional development and to expand on your individual interest Medical insurance Sports activity Salary Range MYR10,000 - MYR14,000 Location Kawasan Perindustrian Senai IV, Johor, Malaysia Business Administration, Building Material, Manufacturing, Crm, Mandarin, Sales, Communication
